MEMBER AGREEMENT This agreement is made BETWEEN: The TSG Buying Group Inc. & NESDA Member
TSG Buying Group Inc. dba TheBuying Group, a Florida corporation, offers members the opportunity to purchase products and services at preferred pricing. Member agrees that it wishes to save money and will change to Buying Group Suppliers should any savings analysis show a 10% or greater savings.Should member (or any representative of member)not change when warranted as above; TBG will no longer be obligated to provide membership priviledges.
This agreement incorporates both the TERMS OF USE and PRIVACY POLICY which authorizes The Buying Group and their suppliers to communicate with members via mail,email,fax or telephone. This communication will be limited to specific Buying Group information and at no time will TBG sell member data to other organizations.
MEMBERSHIP FEES: In consideration for its participation in the programs established by The Buying Group and the services described above,all TBG membership fees will be waived as long as the member is an active member of NESDA..
